CSSM is going into the fourth year of training & developing revival leaders. We're going deeper than ever into our purpose. To go deeper requires change. The first obvious change is our name. CSSM is changing it's name to Convergence School of Leadership (CSL).
What is Convergence?
It's where it all starts "coming together". Convergence isn't a phase it's the ultimate state of feeling alive. It's abundant life. It's the intersection of God's purpose and your life! Convergence happens when the work you do is the work you were created and called to do. You enter a role that frees you to utilize all your gifts, talents, and acquired skills.
Each year, we have witnessed convergence happen in the lives of our students, renaming the school is a prophetic declaration of our purpose & calling.
Other Changes for 2013/2014
For the fall 2013/2014 school year, we are
limiting our enrollment to 40 students. This will provide a unique opportunity for 40 exceptional individuals to be trained & coached by leadership that will personally guide them in a new level of revival living, anointing, innovation, creativity, and excellence in their sphere of calling.
Who Can Apply?
We are looking to enroll people committed to the process of becoming excellent in supernatural leadership; realizing that this requires discipline, committment, and a teachable attitude.
Anyone can apply for 1st Year. The requirement to apply for 2nd Year is that you have either
(1) Successfully graduated CSSM 1st Year OR (2) Successfully graduated 2nd Year. Yes, we are making the Leadership School available to previous students as most all the curriculum & training materials are new and haven't been used in previous years.
Applications must be submitted to schedule an interview, interviews are scheduled in the order applications are recieved.
We have made changes to our curriculum to better equip our students in the excellence of supernatural leadership. 1st Year is made up primarily of Bethel School of Supernatural curriculum.
2nd Year is now our "Leadership Intensive Track". We have all NEW curriculum we're offering for 2nd Year.

We emphasize hands-on training & experience along with academic understanding. CSSM is a Holy Spirit driven ministry school, where students of all ages come to learn how to live in the Kingdom of God and extend its borders through a supernatural lifestyle.
As a school, we are serious about pouring out God's best on our students. If you desire to see Heaven touch earth in profound ways through your life and if you are committed to the life-changing process to get there - this is for you.
Structure
We have a strong emphasis on relational training, students working along-side leaders and coaches that will encourage the gold within them to surface in greater ways. CSL is a fast-paced season of schooling and leadership training. We won't just teach you about the supernatural, you will experience it - and you get to live it.
CSL is a part-time, hands-on season of training led by Dan & Sherri Colvin, along with their ministry staff. The school is divided into two 9-month segments: August through May.
The academic instruction at CSL is unique, because it is taught by apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers; not by professors or theologians. This gives students a whole different perspective with five-fold distinctions.
Classes are taught by our school leadership & staff, guest speakers, and recorded sessions from Bethel School of Ministry.
We also include speakers and impartations from guests such as: Bob and Bonnie Jones, Paul Manwaring, Trisha Frost, Keith Ferrante, Kevin Dedmon, Yvonne Martinez, Jonathan & Melissa Helser, Stephen Roach, Robin McMillan, Steve and Wendy Backlund, Jared Neusch, Tony & Pamela Maxwell (Iris Ministries) and many more!
Classes meet on Tuesday evening
First Year Class: 5:45-8:15
2nd Year Leadership School: 7pm-9:30pm
All students have a combined time of worship
